We need some new forums and new design for the website and A pokemon of the week

We need some new forums because they are so limited we need the following forums:
-Rules forum.
-Pokemon heartgold and soul silver forum.
-Walkthroughs forum.
-Trading Area forum.
-pokemon ruby/sapphire/emerald forum.
-Pokemon firered/leafgreen forum.
-Games glitches forum.
-pokemon Silver gold and crystal forum.
-Pokemon XD gale of darkness/colosseum forum.
-Pokemon snap/stadium/stadium 2/puzzle etc all the pokemon nintendo 64 forum.
-Pokemon TCG forum.
-Event pokemon forum.
-pokemon of the week forum(only admins and co-admins can control it).
and desin A whole new design to the website use light colors use blue and green change the banner.
and add A pokemon of the week and save all the pokemons of the week with there pictures in a forum that only admins and co admins can control it and don't just put A picture put information and everything else movesets and evs natures etc if you don't know how leave it to me put the pokemon of the weeks picture in the usual place of it in all the websites and stretch stretch the wide the sides make them better they are small.

One problem how do the pokemon of the week on my portal
